Delete your CViser account

This page explains how to delete your account in the CViser app by Mesut Saygıoğlu, and what happens to your data.

Option 1: in the app (immediate)

1. Open CViser and tap the gear icon on the home screen (Settings).
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm with Delete forever.

You need to be online and signed in. The deletion happens right away.

Option 2: by email (without the app)

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my CViser account". Please send it from the email address of your account, or tell us that address. If you used Sign in with Apple with a hidden email, tell us the relay address shown in your Apple ID settings.

We may ask you to confirm the request so that nobody else can delete your account. We complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account (email address, password hash, Apple or Google sign-in link).
• All CVs synced to your account.
• Your AI usage counters.
• When you delete in the app: the account's CVs on that device.

Purchases: your purchases are linked to your account. After deletion they can no longer be restored or used, also not with a new account. Deleting the account does not refund purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel.

What is kept, and for how long

• Backups: copies in database backups are overwritten within up to 30 days.
• Purchase records: transaction records (product, date, price, transaction ID) are kept as long as tax and commercial law require, in Turkey up to 10 years. Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep their own records under their policies.
• CVs on your devices: CVs that were never synced to the account stay on the device where you created them until you delete them or the app. We cannot delete data that is only on your device.
